1995 - 1997, Dean started his insurance career in Michigan in as an agent providing life, health and employee benefits administration.

1997 -  1999, Promoted to District Manager for Recruiting and Agent Development.

1999 - 2002, Took a Lateral Promotion to Southern California as a District Manager.

2002 - 2004, Joined a large PC Firm in Lancaster CA.

2004 - 2006, Promoted to V.P. of ECommerce

2006 Dean founded Monument Commercial Insurance Agency, a Licensed, Bonded and Insured Multi-State Insurance Services Firm! Providing conmplete Personal and Commercial Lines Insurance Services across 10 states (AZ, CA, FL, ID, LA, MD, MI, NM, OK, TX).
